THEATRICAL TRAINER understands that routine training and conditioning are integral to the careers of actors, dancers, circus performers and performance artists. We believe in the actor as athlete and understand the demands and needs of the business. Many of our personal trainers are working performers themselves!

In addition, we provide personal training to the general public as well using the methodologies and training programs that we provide to our theater artists as well!

One on One private In home Personal Training:
Individual private customized workouts with a Personal Trainer. Save time and money with no gym membership fees or travel time incorporated into your daily schedule. The trainer comes to you, brings all the equipment needed and designs a routine based on your fitness levels and goals. Restricted to Center City, South Philadelphia and West Philadelphia.
 
Training sessions last for 45 minutes.

Couple Fitness - Personal Training  (or two friends):
Each client receives an individually customized routine specific to their goals during the training session. This option allows clients to train with a
friend or partner to increase motivation, commitment and success. It allows you to train with a partner even if you have different fitness levels or abilities. 

Training sessions last for 60 minutes.

Running Workshops (1-5 clients):
These workshops are designed to enhance the client's knowledge on proper running technique. The first portion of the workshop focuses on the specifics of running, running for each season, proper footwear/clothing and stretching. The second portion of the workshop focuses on taking the client on a run and incorporating the technique covered in the first portion of the workshop. Clients are provided with a worksheet the details the information covered.
 

Small Group Semi-Private Fitness Training (3-5 clients):
One client hosts the training session which incorporates a total body
circuit designed to increase your fitness, help tone up, lose weight, reduce
body fat and improve your overall health. Routines are not individually customized but can be tailored to that of the group. This option saves money with a set price for the entire group and increases the competitive commitment of each client. 

Training sessions last for 45-60 minutes.

Fitness Boot Camps:
Located at  parks in Center City, Philadelphia, Theatrical Trainer organizes seasonal Boot Camps available to new and existing
clients for an addition fee. Camps are designed to increase cardiovascular fitness, lose weight, body fat, increase muscular strength & endurance and improve overall fitness levels.
 
Camp training sessions last for 45 minutes. 

Online - One on one private Skype Personal Training:
Training sessions are conducted via Skype. Once you have set up a free account your sessions are scheduled and conducted live online with your Personal Trainer. Training sessions are private and individually customized to your goals. You save money with no gym membership fees or travel time incorporated into your daily schedule. Requirements: laptop, computer or smart phone. As the trainer can not bring the equipment needed you may want to invest in some hand weights, a mat, stability ball and a set of resistance bands. 

Training sessions last for 45 minutes.
